Teacher Profile
Ms. Chan graduated from Hong Kong Baptist University with a Master’s degree in Music, and later obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education from the Central Conservatory of Music, majoring in Music Education and Piano. During her studies, she received in-depth training in major music education approaches such as Orff, Kodály, and Dalcroze, and participated in courses and practical activities including music movement, choral conducting, and piano performance. Her work involved movement creation, music teaching, and presentation performances.
Ms. Chan has participated in numerous international piano competitions and achieved outstanding results. She also holds a Piano Performance Diploma awarded by the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM). In addition, she took part in the “University–Primary School Music Education Program” in Beijing, providing professional music guidance and special concerts for several primary schools. In 2019, she participated in the graduation performance and teaching achievement showcase of the “Indonesian Arts and Crafts Teachers Education Training and Cultural Exchange Program” held at the Central Conservatory of Music.
